Where does Hermes.com deliver?

Goods purchased via the Hermes.com website may be delivered within the UK, France, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain,  Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Sweden.
Orders cannot be placed for delivery addresses situated outside this territory.
HERMÈS SELLIER will not process any order for which a post office box is provided.

How much is the delivery?

Shipping is free on all orders over Skr950.

For orders strictly under Skr950, shipping costs will be Skr100.

Shipping costs will be calculated on the basis of the total value of the order:

Order total Chronopost / Fedex Express Courier within Paris proper
From Skr0 up to and not including Skr950 Skr100 Skr270
> Skr950 complimentary Skr270

 

Postage and packaging for the purchase of a "Le Flâneur" bike amounts to Skr1400. The carrier used for delivery is WES.

For furniture a delivery fee of 6% of the retail subtotal of the order with a cap of Skr50500 will be charged upon shipment of your order. 

Could you deliver to the PO box?

For security reasons, HERMÈS SELLIER cannot accept orders for delivery to PO boxes or to "Poste Restante" or "Cedex" addresses.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times starts from the validation of your order by our Customer Service before 2 p.m GMT + 1, 2 business days. Any order placed after 2 p.m and validated GMT + 1, 2 business days will require an additional business day for delivery.

Delivery in France and the Principality of Monaco:
- By courier: delivery to any address within the Paris city limits within three hours following your order
- Chronopost Express: delivery within one working day 
- For delivery in Corsica: delivery within two working days

Delivery to the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark or Sweden:
- Fedex Express: delivery within three working days.
- Isles of Scilly: delivery within three working days.
- Orkney Islands: delivery within four working days.
- Hebrides: delivery within five working days.
- Shetland Islands: delivery within six working days.
We do not deliver to Channel Islands.

Items subject to special delivery times:
- The bicycle "Le Flâneur"  : delivery by WES transport service within two to four working days. The courier and in-store collection services are not available for this item.
- Tableware: some items may be subject to delivery delays. Courier service is not available for this type of item.

How do I track delivery of my order?

To track your order, click the "your account" link located at the top right of the Hermes.com website. Log in, then use the left-hand menu to track your order.

If necessary, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department by telephone or by email under the "Contact us" section.

Can I withdraw my order in a store ?

The in-store collection service is available in a number of cities. The option is automatically displayed according to in-store collection service availability in your chosen country of delivery, and you may simply check this option.

For in-store collection at a Hermès store in France, your items will be available within one working day for any order placed and approved on a working day before 2 p.m. GMT+1.
For in-store collection at a Hermès store outside France, your items will be available within two working days for any order placed and approved on a working day before 2 p.m. GMT+1.  

With the exception of:
- At Hermès Royal Exchange in London: Your items are available within three to five working days for any order placed and approved on a working day before 2 p.m. GMT+1;
- Tableware, whose items may be subject to delivery delays.
- The bicycle "Le Flâneur".

An email is sent to you as soon as your order is available in the store selected for collection. You will be required to show the email (printed or displayed on your smartphone screen) and your ID to collect your items. You are allowed a three-week period in which to collect your order.

Can a third party withdraw my order in a store?

When you order, you may designate another person to collect your items in-store. Please enter the person's civil status, last and first names in the fields indicated.
When you receive the email informing you of the items availability, you may then simply transfer the message to that person to enable him or her to collect your items by showing the email and his or her ID.

Can I have my package delivered to my mailbox?

For security reasons, all Hermes.com packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.

I am on a business trip. Can you deliver to my hotel?

We can deliver to your hotel. To choose this option, please enter the name of the hotel in the "company" field when entering your delivery address. Remember to indicate the dates of your stay in the "additional information" field so that our Customer Service may verify our ability to deliver within the given time period. If this proves not to be the case, we will notify you.
